We’ve been blessed with great weather lately, and we have more to look forward to!  Have you spent time outside yet, or do you need an excuse?  I have a great excuse to get outside in the morning.  It’s you, and it’s at TRX Camp!
TRX Camp starts Monday, and it’s a great opportunity for you to get a jump-start.  Join us for 2 weeks of body sculpting, core conditioning and fun!

The TRX Suspension Training System is changing the way athletes train for sports, soldiers train for combat, physical therapists rehabilitate patients and fitness professionals train their clients.
Born in the Navy SEALS, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.

Here is a great tasting smoothie option to reduce muscle soreness post TRX Camp workouts!


  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Passion Fruit
  • 1 tablespoon Udo’s Oil
  • 1 scoop T’ai’s Natural Whey Protein Isolate, vanilla
  • Squeeze of fresh Lime Juice
  • 300ml water


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, mix and enjoy!
