Post Boot Camp Whey-Too-Good Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 scoops, T’ai’s Whey Natural Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 tablespoon, Udo’s 3-6-9 DHA Oil Blend
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup, Water
  • 2 tablespoons organic plain yogurt
  • teaspoons ground flax and sunflower
  • 6 Ice Cubes

Directions:

  1. Add contents to blender, and blend until smooth.  Can also be consumed on your way to work.
