  • If Raining: Emily Carr Elementary School (West King Edward at Oak), Parking available at Safeway.

  1. $1.00, cash or cheque
  2. 5lb. handweights
  3. Stretching mat
  4. running shoes
  5. Water bottle
  6. Big smile!

Post Boot Camp Super Shake (serves 1)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Organic Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 scoop of T’ai’s Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/2 small Banana
  • 5 grams Glutamine Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Udo’s Oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax and sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix. Enjoy!
